Your notice must include all the following elements:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest that is allegedly infringed.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, you may provide a representative list of such works.

  3. Identification of the infringing material or content that you are requesting to be removed or to which access is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material. Please provide a direct URL/link to each specific page where the allegedly infringing material appears. We do not process vague or incomplete claims (e.g., based on keywords or titles alone).

  4. Contact information of the complaining party, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed in response to a DMCA takedown notice, and that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. This must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in India, and will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers.
